Boys recovering from having tonsils out
Aaron is a bit grumpy but no tears, Alex is still in PACU even though he had his surgery first because he's still sleepy as he had more drugs.

Father's day petting farm yesterday
Here's alex an kahtlin petting the bunnies. Alex came home with a chunk out of his finger he said the bunnies did. Consider what the bunnies went thru, I can't say as I blame them
Ate lunch with aaron at daycare today
Aaron was pretty happy. And yes momma, he eats spaghetti so don't let him tell you otherwise at home

Awake and recovering
Dora is here to help. The nurses warned us kids often wake up upset, annoyed about having an iv, cry when they pull off monitor stickers... only time alex let out half a cry was when he kicked the crib because he was laughing at his daddy playing peek-a-boo behind the curtain. Tufff!
Alex recovering
Still hasn't woken up

Start at Acquia on Monday
I start my new job on Monday at Acquia in Andover, MA. 10 minutes from my house! The business is based on an open source collaboration management system called drupal. Very excited about getting back into open source again. The developer's name who started drupal just over 7 years ago is Dries Buytaert and he lives in Belgium. He also works for Acquia and he's a pretty great guy with lot's of things to say about open source and collaboration systems as such. I'm impressed with everyone I meet at Acquia, I'm looking forward to integrating in.
Being open source, I can get started w/o waiting to get access to the code base. I can ask questions on mailing lists w/o trying to hook up w/current Acquia employees, I can buy books from the book store on the product w/o rumaging through outdated word docs in a server folder somewhere. Should there be any other style of development other than OSS (Open Source Software)?
