Kayaking in Bio Bay in Fajardo Puerto Rico

Amy and I had a great time at Bio Bay.


Single cell planktin emit light when anything brushes up against them. We could see little trails of fishes swimming around. We kayaked thru a narrow channel thru a mangrove forest complete with iguanas in the pitch black. My canoeing skills paid off as we had to escape deadly city slickers who were hung up in the mangroves.

We used "Kayaking Puerto Rico" outfit, they were great.

Old Harbor Brewery in San Juan, PR

Amy and I are taking a little 2nd honeymoon/40th birthday celebration and we're in old San Juan.
We took a chance and this brew pub and it hit the spot.  Sausage platter, fritters and super kobe el hamburger.  Es muy fantastico!

On day 4 both boys are feeling unwell this morning. Grandmom sent playdoh, tho, so they're having fun with that. Aaron is starting to run a fever so need to call the doctor this morning....
